We reserve your beef as soon as you pay your deposit. The deposit amount varies based on the size of beef you reserve.
pay your final beef invoice & butcher fees
You'll pay the remainder of your beef after we take your animal to the butcher. You'll pay the processing fees directly to the butcher when you pick up your beef, or before it is released for delivery.
